Any transfers must include the student’s information (Full name, Class) and purpose of payment.
For payment made via ATM, parents are required to inform the Consulting Department of the student’s information (Full name, Class), transferred amount and purpose of payment.
Overdue payment: overdue payment fee of 0.1% for each day will be applied after 15 days from the due date (according to the bank).
Non-payment: If the fees remain unpaid after 30 days from the due date, the school will reserve the right to withhold documents, school reports and dismiss the student.
REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY
Refund and transfer of school fees are considered for the following cases:
- Parents change workplace or move to another province/city/country, making it impossible for student to continue his/her study with the school.
- The student suffers from a serious disease and needs long-term medical treatment.
Required Documents:
1. A copy of the parent’s work relocation letter from the parent’s employer.
2. A copy of visa or boarding pass; a copy of residence/ temporary residence document and letter of acceptance by the destination school.
3. A copy of medical documents proving that the student is on long term absence from school due to illness.

Tuition fee
Students who are sick, have long-term treatment from 30 days or more (must have a hospital confirmation), study abroad or relocate without school system belonging to Peace International Education.
80% of unused closed monthly tuition
- Parents provide full documents related to the refund requirements (copies) and fulfill procedures in accordance with the school form within 30 days from the absent date.
- The school refunds tuition fee (if any) within 7 working days from the date of accepting the proposal.
Meal fee
The student must submit an approved absence request form at least one day in advance.
